Refund & Return Policy

Return requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined at our sole discretion. All returned items are subject to inspection for authenticity and compliance prior to processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following product categories are excluded from our return and refund policy due to their nature, safety requirements, and industry-specific standards:

  • Custom-ordered or vehicle-specific parts (e.g., VIN-based or made-to-fit components)

  • Electronic components and parts integrated with software (e.g., ECU modules, sensors)

  • Installed, mounted, or previously used items

  • Items that have been unsealed or removed from their original protective packaging

  • Products clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

  • Highly sensitive automotive system components (e.g., brake parts, airbags, fuel system elements)

  • Digital or physical gift cards 

Due to both technical and safety considerations, returns for these items are not accepted. These categories are defined in accordance with applicable regulations and automotive industry standards. Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.

Return Process and Instructions

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit your return request in writing to our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date: [insert email address].

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) along with shipping instructions.

  3. Securely package the unused item in its original packaging and return it to the address provided.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived defective or was sent in error. In such cases, shipping costs will be covered by us.

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected for condition, usage, and eligibility. You will be notified of the outcome and, if applicable, the refund process.

For security and tracking purposes, we strongly recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refund Terms and Timeline

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our authorized personnel. If the product is found to meet the return eligibility criteria, the refund process will be initiated.

Refunds are:

  • Issued within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval

  • Processed through the original method of payment used at the time of purchase

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise

If the returned item is determined to have been tampered with, installed, used, or damaged, the refund may be partially or fully declined. In such cases, the customer will be notified accordingly.

The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect on your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Such delays are beyond our control.


 
Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, you must initiate a return for the original product and place a separate order for the new item.

Once the return and refund process is completed, your new order will be processed in accordance with our standard purchasing procedures.

Please note that due to inventory availability or price differences, we cannot guarantee an exact exchange. We recommend checking product availability before placing a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.

In such cases:

  • Our customer service team may request photos of the item and any visible damage to the packaging.

  • After evaluation, if the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

  • Shipping costs for the return will be fully covered by us in these situations.

Requests made after the 7-day period or for items that have been installed or used may not be eligible for return or replacement under this policy. For this reason, we strongly recommend inspecting the product immediately upon delivery.
